Those of you that know me, know that I love to run! The runners high that I get from pushing my body to the rhythm of
music and the amazing sense of accomplishment I feel when finishing a new distance or speed is one of my favorite
feelings in the world. Running is wonderful for mental and cardiovascular health but unless you challenge yourself
with interval runs, it really doesn’t do as much for losing weight as other types of exercises.
