Do you offer a meal plan?
I do not. Fit With Nirit is a lifestyle. I work with you to come up with your own nutrition plan that fits your life. I break down the macro nutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates for you so that it easy for you to reach your goal. We come up with lists of foods that you enjoy together making my plan easy to follow to ensure long term success. I have found that meal plans do not work long term and are not convenient for women with families and in relationships. It is my job to make your nutrition experience as easy and as realistic as possible. |
Do you require progress photos and if so do you share them on your website?
While I absolutely would never force anyone to take pictures, I highly encourage all my clients to take pictures, weigh themselves, and take their measurements before starting my program. You will be so proud of yourself every couple weeks when the inches and pounds drop. The small percentage who do not take photos, regret not doing so. Our relationship is 100% confidential. I would never share anything personal such as a photograph or story with another client or anyone else without permission. |
I have tried many programs before and have failed. How is this program different?
This program is different because it is individualized and custom made for you! It doesn’t involve a fad diet. You eat real foods that you like and we come up with a “Forever Nutrition Plan” that works for you that you will like. The exercise plan is custom made to fit your goals, needs and level. The program progresses challenging you appropriately. You will succeed because you will have my support every step of the way. You will succeed because we will find what makes you most successful and get you to be consistent with that. If you have a bad day, I will make sure you get up the next day and start over. This is consistency. I won’t let you fail. |
